What we do
Our programs
Everything we do sits under four connected strands of work — policy, community, research, and emergency response — each one reinforcing the others.
Strand 01
Advocacy & Policy
We engage governments, institutions, and international bodies at local, national, and international levels to develop and implement climate-sound policy. Alongside advocacy, we design and run on-the-ground environmental projects — so policy positions are backed by practical experience, not just position papers.
Strand 02
Community Resilience
Climate impacts land hardest on communities with the least capacity to adapt. We build that capacity directly — through training, sustainable livelihood support, climate education, and access to the resources, technologies, and knowledge adaptation requires. Campaigns, workshops, and seminars carry this beyond direct participants to the wider public.
Strand 03
Research & Partnerships
We carry out research, studies, and documentation on climate change mitigation, environmental sustainability, and community resilience, publishing findings for public benefit. We collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, international agencies, and corporates to put that evidence to work, and receive grants, donations, and contributions from lawful sources to fund it.
Strand 04
Disaster Rescue & Relief
Climate-driven disasters — floods, cyclones, droughts — hit hardest in the same communities our other programs already serve. We run emergency rescue and relief operations in our program areas — coordinating with local authorities, distributing essential supplies, and supporting safe evacuation and shelter — and feed what we learn on the ground back into how we prepare communities before the next event.
